Who We Are

The Busy Bee Trader was founded in 1997 by Owner/Publisher Jamie Dudiak. The Trader is a monthly “Destination Guide for Antiques, Uniques & Southern Lifestyles” that covers the majority of the Tennessee antique market, as well as the Mid-South area (Kentucky, Southern Indiana, Northern Alabama & Georgia). Approximately 24,000 Busy Bee Traders are distributed the first week of each month in 600+ antique shops, select restaurants, bed and breakfasts, and antique shows. The magazines are also distributed to the Tennessee Welcome Centers along the interstates to easily reach tourists and travelers. Hundreds of advertisers have chosen the Busy Bee to spread the word about their business or event all over the Southeast.

This is the 24th year in business, and The Busy Bee has grown steadily. It has become recognized as the area’s most popular advertising medium for antique-related businesses and destinations. Monthly features include fun destinations, stories about area antique collectors, bed and breakfasts, restaurants, craftsmen, historical places, recipes and other contributed articles.
