Visit Hunt & Burrow for Great Fall Events

Chattanooga, Tenn., is known for some of the best tourists attractions, but did you know they also have some of the best unique and fun shopping venues in the southeast? You will agree with us when you walk in Hunt & Burrow, located at 7443 Commons Blvd. in Chattanooga. You will be in awe after browsing the store, as every booth is staged full of fantastic selections with both old and new furniture and accessories that cry out, “take me home – you know you already love me!”

Britt and Deveau Mishow are the proud owners of Hunt & Burrow. They started out years ago treasure hunting in estate sales and auctions and exploring unique places to find interesting things for their homes, even if it meant restoring or refinishing something. After filling their homes and still loving the hunt, they decided to start selling what they were now collecting and storing. Thus, Hunt & Burrow evolved. Their store has 12,000 square feet of floor space, with over 80 vendors who have beautifully staged each space with a variety of items from antiques, home décor, collectibles, vintage wares, and one-of-a-kind finds. Add to that a full service wood shop offering services for furniture restoration, refinishing, repurposing, repairs, repainting and custom work.

Hunt & Burrow has an in-house Artisan Studio offering scheduled workshops in painting techniques and crafts. There are classes in furniture painting with Belle Crane chalk style paint, furniture painting with General Finishes milk pain, furniture refinishing with Howard Products, and classes in art and handwork and floral arrangement.

Britt and Deveau Mishow and all the vendors invite you to come and enjoy a unique shopping experience with Hunt & Burrow. They’d love for you to help celebrate their upcoming events starting with the Labor Day Sale Sept. 1-4, then Fall Fest October 13-15, and then the Christmas Open House November 3-5! Mark your calendars and be sure to share you read it in the Busy Bee Trader. Their hours are Mon-Sat 10-8 p.m., and Sun. 1-6 p.m. Like them on FB and follow on Instagram. They’re easy to find at 7443 Commons Blvd., just off Gunbarrel Road, which is three blocks off I-75.
