I Resolve

Another year has passed and little goals I made have been fulfilled or forgotten. This year I really wanted to learn to embroider and have a family photo taken (both fulfilled.) I also wanted to wear more dresses (totally forgotten.) I try to make achievable goals each year because I like to succeed… who doesn’t? Why not make goals instead of resolutions? Wouldn’t it be nice to have something to look forward to instead of dreading?

So, here is what I would like to accomplish in 2013:
*Learn to knit. Either take classes or learn online.
*Eat more fresh, local food
*Take more mini vacations (this is always on my list!)
*Massive spring cleaning/ purge (we tend to accumulate quite a bit…. It is the nature of our business)
*Find a really awesome vintage dress form (always have to throw a little treasure hunting on my list)

I have personal goals in the back of my head just like everyone else, but these fun goals are much easier to mark off my list it seems!

Happy 2013~
