Heart of Country Antiques Show: “Worth the Trip!”

The famous Heart of Country Antiques Show known as the “Grand-daddy of Antiques Shows” takes place at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, Nashville, Tenn., on February 13-15, 2014. Shop to your heart’s content at the 33rd annual antiques event with outstanding dealers who save their best merchandise for you! Shop an array of American, English, primitive and period furniture, fine art, folk art, pottery, quilts, decoys, sports, jewelry, nautical, historical, rugs, baskets, paint, pewter, silver, Indian, and quality decorative accessories from North to South.

The Heart of Country Showcase Booth located in the center of the show highlights a particular genre of American Decorative Arts each year and the items presented are accumulated for display and sale from the private collections of the exhibiting dealers in the show. This year’s Showcase Booth display is titled “WEAVE: Stunning Textile Arts Born of America’s Looms” and will feature the beautiful artistry and graphic design found in American woven coverlets, Indian blankets, and homespun textiles.

This show is only once a year, attracting visitors from across America who enjoy the special exhibits, talks, and shopping a wide selection of antiques and decorative arts from museum quality pieces to unseen finds of every price range that emerge at Heart of Country. Regular show hours are: Friday 10-8 and Saturday 10-5, with admission $10 and a two-day pass $15.
