Brights Antique World

If you’re looking for a day trip with lots of quality antiques and collectibles, or a convenient stop from your travels off of I-65, make plans to visit Franklin, Ky. If you take I-65, Exit 2, you’ll find Bright’s Antique World at 281 Steele Road, just beyond the Cracker Barrel. They have 35,000 square feet of anything you might be looking for from furniture to smalls in a spacious setting. The booths are painted with cute store themes and the aisles are wide and handicap friendly. There is plenty of space for RV and trailer parking, mannerly pets are welcome, and they offer free wi-fi.

Going back up to Nashville Road (31W), go straight across at the light and you’ll find The Country Store. They carry Kentucky-made patio furniture, gazebos and small outbuildings. Inside and in the outdoor building, shoppers will find reasonably priced furniture, antiques, collectibles, primitives, Amish goods, Candleberry Candles, tin collector signs and much more.franklin Bright's outside old cars

From there, it’s just a few minutes into downtown Franklin, Ky., to Heritage Antique Mall. They are located just one block past the Square to the left at 111. W. Washington St. Heritage has 127 booths filled with quality antique furniture and accents from all periods, and lots of unusual items. Their 20,000 square feet of mall space is easy to navigate, and there is a huge range of dealer offerings.
