Bobby Todd Antiques Creates Winter Wonderland

seems Mother Nature knows when Bobby Todd Antiques plans their Christmas Open House. As Bobby Brown and Todd Richesin worked to ready the store with antiques, unique gifts, ornaments, and fine décor, the evening temperatures began to cool down. As their Thursday event approached, it was the perfect setting and atmosphere outdoors for their traditional Christmas Open House.

Everyone was in awe as they walked in front of Bobby Todd’s and found the first window display was an enchanted forest of birch trees and soft lights, snow-covered leaves and a beautiful fawn greeting everyone with a nod. Both window displays were inviting and filled with holiday cheer from snowmen, Santas, and reindeer yard ornaments. One could not help being in the Christmas spirit , especially when you entered. You’re immediately transformed to years gone by. As far as your eyes and mind could take in, wonderful rooms are decorated with nothing short of spectacular in color, design, old and new, both for holiday decorating and casual to elegant styles for everyday comfort.

I found Bobby’s (Santa’s helpers) busy as ever, wrapping and filling gift bags as everyone found that unique gift or that special item they couldn’t leave without. Customers will continue to enjoy Bobby Todd Antiques throughout the holiday season. How quick these wonderful arrays of pillows, ornaments, candles, trees, and Christmas sentiments will go out the door; only Santa knows! Be sure to add Bobby Todd Antiques to your early Christmas shopping. Bobby Todd Antiques is located at 305 N. Main St., in Downtown Sweetwater, Tenn.

Be sure to visit all the unique antique, gift, apparel and specialty shops and eateries when you attend Sweetwater’s Small Town Christmas, Saturday, Nov. 24 from 5 to 9.
